Purple Flowers

Hello everyone,

Made this quick card this afternoon for the CAS-tastic Wednesday Challenge CWC007 – Buttons. I stamped the background on white cardstock with Chriswick’s exchangeable clear stamp “Script”, cut 2 purple flowers from corrugated cardboard,  add black and white circles and purple buttons. The stems are plastic strings. The purple flowers were sanded with a fine cabinet sanding paper to give a distressed look.

Thanks for visiting my blog and enjoy the rest of the weekend.

    Hi Amelia,
I have not seen this technique before but I’m definitely going to try it. Great card! Thanks for the inspiration.
