Betsy Bluebell

Hello everyone,

This week I created a quick card for the For Fun Challenges. Time was just flying and somehow I misjudged myself  with getting everything done in time – so, this week nothing glamorous and detailed. The theme  is “Puttin’ on the Glitz”,  so grab that glitter, fairy dust, gemstones or Stickles and let your card sparkle. Although my face is usually covered in glitter when making these cards I always enjoy the end product. The background paper I used was already glittered (thanks for the creativity of the designers of scrapbook papers)and thus the creation of the card was quite simple. The little girl – as always one of my favourite Penny Black stamps – “Betsy Bluebell”.

I entered my card for the following challenges:

I used the following to create the card:

  • White and pink cardstock
  • Glittered scrapbook paper (Upkit International GP 4087)
  • Peny Black Clear Stamp Set “Betsy Bluebell”
  • Sentiment stamp
  • White ribbon
  • Two metal hearts
  • Stickles “Diamond”
  • Twinkling H2O’s for colouring
  • Pink paper roses
  • Spellbinders Nestabilities Dies

Hope to see your glittering creation at the For Fun Challenges this week!

Greetings from South Africa,

Amelia
