All You Need is Love

Hello everyone,

Valentine’s Day isn’t far away and I was pleased to see the Penny Black at Allsorts challenge for this month is “All you need is love”.  Next week it is back to work, so crafting time is reduced with a couple of hours. The stamp I used for this card is one of my first Penny Black stamps and a favourite or rather, all my PB stamps are favourites – just love those critters with their darling facial expressions. A dear friend, Ria, bought this stamp for me when visiting her daughter in London. As a matter of fact she returned home with quite a few in her luggage. I can image how heavy those suitcases must have been with all those wood mounted rubber stamps! Nowadays it is much easier to get one’s stamps buying through the Internet. Hope you like the card as much as I had  fun in creating it. The Martha Stewart punch “Lace Hearts” is a new addition to my growing crafting collection and the heart shapes is a Cuttlebug die “Hearts and Stamps” I almost forgot about. There are several shapes on this specific die and surely this will be at good use on my next Valentine card.
