Hello blog friends,
Hope your day was as good as mine. Lovely summer weather in South Africa now with lots of sunshine and blue, blue skies. In my previous blog post I mentioned about the gardens that are so beautiful this time of the year. Well, for my card today I was inspired by all the flowers blooming, so my choice was a white picket fence decorated with colourful cherry blossoms, a yellow rose and little forget-me-nots. This was such a quick and easy card there is nothing more to say about it but that I really love the country feel of this card. The lovely sentiment stamp is from JustRite “All occasion nested sentiments” set.
I entered my card in the following challenges:
- Simon Says Stamp Challenge (ends 10/05) – Anything Goes
- Stamps + Fun = Creativity Challenge #66 (ends 10/03) – Anything Goes
- Crafts and Me Challenge #52 (ends 10/05) – Flowers
- Deep Ocean Challenges #9 (ends 10/11) – Happy Birthday
- 2 Sisters Challenge #58 (ends 10/01) – Gingham or Plaid
- Inspire Me Fridays #25 (ends 10/30) – Linky Party
A little flower, leaves and lace on the inside

Thanks for stopping by today and that you took the time to look at my card. May the rest of the week be wonderful and enjoy crafting.
Regards from South Africa,
Amelia

Isn’t it fun to create something so beautiful and easy to make. From previous pictures of your beautiful garden I’ve seen, I understand where your inspiration comes from. It’s gorgeous. Enjoy your wonderful summer ahead as we are heading into winter, although you wouldn’t believe it, it’s been in the 80’s for a week. Look out when it hits……..lol “Hugs” Carol
