White Snow, Pink Hearts

Hello blog friends,

A guest designer card in the cute style to share today. The card is for the My Sheri Crafts Challenge where the theme for the challenge is  “Got Snow?” – create a project with a snowman (or snow woman). The part of South Africa where we live is snow free and a snowman is something I only see on the television or in pictures. I decided to dress the little Penny Black snowman in pink and to give the card a Valentine feeling with pink hearts and roses.I added two strips washi tape to enhance the cute look. The past week we had a heat wave and I can tell you I would rather prefer to build a snowman than battling the sweltering heat! It started raining yesterday and everything looks so pretty today – clean, green outside and all dust washed away.
