Brand New Bicycle

Hello friends,

Wishing you all of the best for 2014, may it be a great year. At Sugar Creek Hollow we are back with a new challenge this fortnight and the theme is “Something New”. We would love to see your projects using new supply or a new technique but your creation must be either in the vintage or shabby chic style (or a combination of both). Make sure you describe your “something new”.

Usually I spend too much money on new crafting stuff but it is always such fun to use all the new items for the first time. I decided on my Memory Box die “Brand new bicycle”, my new Prima paper pack “Delight” and a Stampendous stamp “Elegant borders”  to put this card together. I so love  the lacy touch of the “Elegant borders” stamp  on the Prima paper, as background for the bicycle. The bunting was made with my Whimsy Shapeology “Banner pennant die set” – not new but still so useful. Hope you like my shabby take on this challenge.
