Ring of Roses

Hello friends,

Today I share my final project as the July month-long guest designer at The Shabby Tea Room. The theme for this week is “Ring around the Rosie” and TSTR #229Debbie and the design team asked that you create a round card or project inspired by the picture and include green/pink, a flourish/bling and flowers.  I altered an old round tin to keep all my pencils neat and at hand on my craft table. I covered the tin with green polka dot paper and use die cuts for the leaves, flourishes and trellis. I glued  the paper roses and die cut leaves on a cardboard circle and bend it to fit the round tin. I added a resin angel in the middle of the flower wreath. The edges of the tin were embellished with strings of rhinestones.

The Shabby Tea Room design team will love to see your project this week and I am sure with such a beautiful inspiration photo it won’t be difficult to come up with lovely shabby creations.
