Dreaming of a White Christmas

Hello friends,

Another Christmas card for the new challenge at Double D Challenges. The theme for this fortnight is “Dreaming of a White Christmas”. The team have created beautiful cards to inspire you – a visit to the Double D Challenge blog will be worthwhile and as always there is a lovely ca-dd-white-4-tileprize to win!

I used the white and silver colors in the tile as inspiration for my card. For my white creation I decided on lots of texture, layering, embossing, embellishments and also distressing. The star is cut with a Spellbinders die and layered on an embossed music background. To give a soft feel to the card I added a piece of lace and a white bow. For sparkle I covered the star with crystal glitter, add some silver die cut snowflakes and berries. The sentiment is cut with a Paper Smooches die.
