Time …

Hello friends,

Today’s creation is a masculine card, inspired by the new Double D Challenge. I am joining Team Darlene for this challenges and the theme is “Black and White”. With such DD_BlackandWhitea lovely inspiration photo you can create anything but we would like to see only black and white colors on your project. For more information about the challenge and the lovely prize visit the Double D Challenge blog. Looking forward to see your card!

I created a card in the vintage style using a die cut clock  and two stamped images. I stamped a postmark on white cardstock  and then layered the clock die cut on top of the stamped background. I added my stamped circle sentiment with mirror tape for dimension as well as the clock handles. I finished off with a few black and white buttons  for interest.

I entered my card in the following challenges:

Gentleman

The clock and postage mark

Gentleman1

The circle sentiment

Gentleman2

A peep at the inside

Gentleman3

Project details

Black and white cardstock — Sizzix Tim Holtz Alterations die “Weathered Clock” (657190) — Inkadinkado clear stamp ” Distinguished Gentleman” (60-30829) — Kaisercraft clear stamp “Postmarks” (CS802) — Buttons — Memento Dye Ink “Tuxedo Black” for stamping

Thanks for stopping by. I love reading your thoughts in the comments. Have a wonderful day!

Kind regards,

Amelia

I love your take on this challenge. It is very vintage and the clock is perfect for this. I also love how you left some white space.
