Hello friends,
A new challenge starts today at the Double D Challenge blog. Team Darlene is hosting this challenge with the theme “Pink and White”. Please visit Double D Challenges and see more wonderful samples from our talented designers and join in the fun! We have a prize to give away to one lucky player which will be chosen by Random.org. and a Top Creative Winner and Top 3 will be chosen by the Design Team.
For my shabby card I created my background with Cosmic Shimmer Pixie powder – I love the shimmering effect. This panel was then lifted from the card base with mirror tape for dimension. I then added the ballerinas and embellished each of them with a little pink rose and glitter. I finished off with a stamped sentiment, pink gemstones and satin ribbon.
I entered my card in the following challenges:
- Alphabet Challenge (03/01) – X is for X-tra Bling
- Moving Along with the Times Challenge #91 (ends 02/28) – A Little Bit Shabby Chic
- A Inky Mess Challenge #27 (ends 02/28) – Theme Anything Mixed Media Goes.
- Creations in Pink Challenge #7 (ends 03/15) – Anything Goes In Mainly Pink
- The Creative Crafters Challenge #13 (ends 03/08) – Anything Goes
- Pile It On! Challenge #151 (ends 03/02) – Pretty in Pink
