A Pop of Color

Hello friends,

Today’s post is about the new challenge at Double D Challenges with the theme “Black and White with a Pop of Color”. I am joining Team Darlene for this fun challenge. For more information about the challenge and the lovely prize visit the Double D Challenge blog. Looking forward to see your card!

I was inspired by the yellow sunflower in the photo. My card is in the clean and simple style and really easy to make. I used two strips of washi tape on the background layer to add interest to the card. I stamped the image and color the daisy in bright yellow and then lifted the top panel from the card base with mirror tape. I finished off with a black die cut sentiment and glitter on the flowers. Hope you like my take on the challenge.
