Hearts

Hello friends,

Today I am sharing a shabby card, inspired by the new challenge at Double D Challenges. The theme is “Hearts” and the lovely mood board will surely help you to get started. The DD_Heartsteam created beautiful cards to inspire you – a visit to the Double D Challenge blog will be worthwhile. For more information about the challenge and the lovely prize visit the Double D Challenge blog. Looking forward to see your cards!

My card was inspired by the hearts in the photo. I used a rose-themed designer paper as background for the planks and heart-shaped die cut. I added some pink glitter hearts, a pink and red rose bouquet and red bows. I finished off with a die cut sentiment. A little bit of glitter on the roses was the final touch to give lots of sparkle to this Valentine card. Hope you like my take on the challenge!

Challenges I entered:

Time …

Hello friends,

Today’s creation is a masculine card, inspired by the new Double D Challenge. I am joining Team Darlene for this challenges and the theme is “Black and White”. With such DD_BlackandWhitea lovely inspiration photo you can create anything but we would like to see only black and white colors on your project. For more information about the challenge and the lovely prize visit the Double D Challenge blog. Looking forward to see your card!

I created a card in the vintage style using a die cut clock  and two stamped images. I stamped a postmark on white cardstock  and then layered the clock die cut on top of the stamped background. I added my stamped circle sentiment with mirror tape for dimension as well as the clock handles. I finished off with a few black and white buttons  for interest.

I entered my card in the following challenges:
