Sweet Talk

Hello friends,

Time for a new challenge at Double D Challenges. I am joining Team Darlene for this fortnight’s challenge with the theme “Handles”(Something that has a handle). Please visit the Double D challenge blog and see more wonderful samples from the talented designers and join in the fun!

I decided on an old Penny Black stamp with an adorable rabbit, bird and a shovel (spade) to represent the “handle” theme for this card. I stamped and coloured the image with watercolour pencils. I then layered the image on  striped designer paper and add an arch lattice punched strip on the one side for interest. I finished off with a few pink gemstones.
