Sweet Roses

Hello there,

A shabby chic card to share for the latest challenge at The Shabby Tea Room. I used the lovely inspiration photo to create this card with a faux chalkboard background. I used  a piece of designer paper from Prima  “Tea Thyme” collection which I distressed with white craft paint. I stamped and wet embossed a JustRite sentiment with white embossing powder on the background paper. The die cut basket is from Marianne Design Craftables and filled with lots of pink and white roses. The wood texture strip at the bottom is stamped with an Impression Obsession stamp and TH distress ink “Vintage photo”.To finished off I added some greenery, a piece of lace and a few tiny butterflies and pink gemstones. The card will be presented in a envelobox because of the many flowers.
